Nike Team Locker Challenge

DyeStatCal - August 17th, 2007

As a part of the promotional entry to the market of the "Nike ID" program, which allows personalization of gear from the athletic shoe and gear retailer, a contest is being held to see what high school team can sign up and store the most shoe designs within its "team locker" during the next three week period.  No purchases are necessary, with the contest closing on September 7th, 2007 and the winning school given a free pizza party from Nike.

Schools can start on the program at anytime, with a coach needing to set up a team locker, which can be done from the following link:  To officially enter, once you create your locker, you must email your username (email) and password to [email protected] (please indicate your name and school also)

Initial Sign in Link to set up TeamLocker:

The coach can invite team members by join from the "manage team" area inside the TeamLocker area by e-mailing them.  When the team members sign in to a team site they could begin to add shoe designs to the TeamLocker by clicking on the "add designs" button.  From the "Gear up Your Team" page students can design and customize shoes from start to finish.  There are "design," "personalize," "finalize," and "review" portions of the design process, with a part of the final review process at the bottom of the page a "save" button.  By clicking there to save to your locker, giving the design a name at the next screen, and saving to the team locker, another design would be saved to the squad's area, and the team with the highest number of designed shoes there by September 7th is the pizza party winner.  Again, no purchases are necessary and good luck!

We hope to fill folks in on what teams are ahead during the weeks ahead, with the contest closing September 7th.
